WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO BOOK CORRECTLY?

Select your "Primary Service", Choose your stylist at the bottom of the page and choose your add on services if necessary. Use this same page to choose your date and time preferred.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE THE STYLIST I PREFER?

If you see that your preferred stylist photo is shaded out, she is unavailable. The site will suggest another stylist open on the date and time selected.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'VE BOOKED THE CORRECT SERVICES?

PLEASE READ!!! There's a description for just about every service so you can book with ease. If you find that you're still having difficulties, call the salon.

WHATS YOUR POLICY?

This business enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are later than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to Salon QMA to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

DOES BOOKING HAIRCUT INCLUDE THE HAIRSTYLE?

No! All of our prices are Al A Carte. The Proper way to book is to secure your "Primary Service" and add additional services such as HairCut, Hair Color, Deep Conditioning.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO MY NOTES?

Absolutely not! Services can't be added by writing notes, this completely disrupts the artist schedule.

AM I ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN ARTIST WITH THE BOOKING LINK?

Yes, you can. Your desired artist has to be selected with every service. If you are unable to select a specific artist that means she is unavailable at the time.

HOW FAR OUT DOES YOUR SCHEDULE GO AND WHEN DOES IT OPEN?

We book out for 2 months at a time, including the current month that we are in. A new month opens on the last day of the month that we are open based on our salon hours.
