Booking online is preferred via the services page. If you have questions or concerns you can call the salon for assistance.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO BOOK CORRECTLY?
Select the service package you need under your service providers name, read the service descriptions thoroughly, select service to view their availabilities and follow the prompts to secure your experience.
WHAT IF I DON'T SEE ANY OPENINGS WITH THE STYLIST I PREFER?
If you see that your preferred stylist photo is shaded out, or no dates are showing, she is unavailable. The site will suggest another stylist open on the date and time selected.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I'VE BOOKED THE CORRECT SERVICES?
PLEASE READ!!! There's a description for every service so you can book with ease. If you find that you're still having difficulties, call the salon.
WHAT DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?
Haircutting, Silk Presses, Color, Natural styles, Treatments, creating and maintaining Healthy hair!
CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO MY APPOINTMENT?
No! We have a very intimate salon space and guests that are not being serviced can not wait inside.
IF I CAN NO LONGER MAKE IT TO MY APPOINTMENT WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can cancel your appointment manually through our booking site " Booksy "'or you can call the salon during salon hours. This cancellation must be 48 hours before your appointment or you will incur a cancellation fee 50% of your service total
CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO MY NOTES?
No!! Services can't be added by writing notes. If you feel that you need additional services, call the salon and ask for your appointment to be modified.
AM I ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANY ARTIST WITH THE BOOKING LINK?
Yes, you can. Every stylist will show on the booking site for scheduling, unless she is unavailable.
HOW FAR OUT CAN I SCHEDULE AND WHEN DOES IT OPEN?
We book out for 2 months at a time, including the current month that we are in. A new month opens on the last day of the month that we are open based on our salon hours.
